We want you to love our product as much as we do! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email us within 7 days of delivery of your product to Info@beautyreleaf.com. Please include the order number and any pertinent information. Products can be returned for a full refund minus the shipping cost and must be shipped back within 10 days of the parcels arrival. Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs. Beauty ReLeaf is not responsible for returns lost in transit. It is advised to send products with tracking information.

Every item undergoes several inspections before shipping it to you. If your package has been damaged in the shipping process, let us know the day it is delivered to you. Please provide proof of shipment details within your email. Please contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible after receiving your delivery or when you notice a package is missing after receiving our delivery confirmation email. For missing packages marked delivered to the address on the order, we require a minimum of 2 business days to file a claim with the carrier before sending a replacement. We are unable to assist with items that arrived broken, missing items, and missing packages outside of the 7 day return policy. If the address provided is incorrect and ships somewhere else, we will not be responsible for a refund.

No, we are animal lovers and would never test on animals or use third parties to do so. We only test on human volunteers. We also will not sell into countries that require testing on animals.

We strive to use 100% organic materials and ingredients whenever possible. So while all our products are 100% natural, we cannot say they are certified 100% organic because not every natural ingredient can be certified organic. We only use all natural sustainably sourced ingredients.
We do our best to source materials that are able to provide a certificate of being gluten free. However for customers with gluten sensitivities we cannot guarantee that the raw materials and ingredients we use are 100% gluten free
